That is why we have structured our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Program with the goal of transforming our values into concrete actions, connecting our technical expertise to the construction of a more ethical, secure, and responsible future.
Our ESG commitment is more than just talk: it is part of our strategy, our culture, and the way we conduct business. We work alongside clients, partners, and society to generate a positive impact across the environmental, social, and corporate governance dimensions.

Environmental (E)
Although we are a service-based company, we recognize our role in reducing environmental impacts. Therefore, we promote:
An e-waste reduction and sustainable disposal policy;
Preferential use of digital platforms to minimize the printing of materials;
Encouraging remote work and meetings to reduce our carbon footprint;
Partnering with suppliers who adhere to sustainable practices;
Monitoring emissions in our operations and in our relationships with clients and partners.
Social (S)
Technology is a powerful tool for social transformation. Our commitment to the social pillar translates into:
Professional cybersecurity training projects for vulnerable youth, especially in partnership with NGOs and educational programs;
Fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace;
Active participation in digital education and digital citizenship projects;
Internal programs for mental health, well-being, and quality of life for our employees;
Support for volunteer initiatives and social causes proposed by our teams.
Governance (G)
At OPLIUM, governance is the foundation for ensuring the integrity of all our actions. Our practices include:
An ethics and compliance policy applied to all areas of the company;
A clear risk management and internal controls structure;
A data protection and privacy policy (in accordance with LGPD and GDPR);
An ESG Committee with participation from leadership and the GRC, Legal, and Marketing departments;
Regular monitoring of ESG indicators and conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness and continuous improvement of ESG practices.
